Gallero is a photography business operating system designed to help professional photographers and wedding studios manage photo delivery, client interactions, event workflows, and business operations from one platform. It combines AI-powered face search, QR-based photo delivery, client photo selection, CRM, billing, portfolio management, and financial tracking. At events, guests can scan a QR code, take a selfie, and use AI face recognition to instantly find photos they appear in, reducing the need for manual searching or WhatsApp-based sharing. Gallero also integrates with Google Drive, allowing studios to present photos through premium online galleries while keeping their original files in their own storage. For clients, it provides structured photo-selection workflows, secure galleries, videos, and digital albums. Studios can additionally create quotations, GST-ready invoices, payment records, expense reports, and portfolio websites. Overall, Gallero aims to replace multiple disconnected tools with a unified platform for modern photography businesses.
